Google was prepared to ship my order to the wrong shipping address. (Google does the paper work) OWC does the actual physical shipping. I caught it and called Google. They said any instructions would have to come from OWC. I called OWC and they verified the difficulty and told me what to do. At OWC\u0027s instructions I cancelled the order and reordered. Someone from OWC phoned me later in the day to let me know they were able to pull the order from shipping saving me the bother of being billed twice. Then of having to do a return merchandise and wait for the credit. Truly great service. The item ordered arrived sooner than estimated was packaged well and is working well.
