Placed the order at 2:42am CMT and my order was processed by 10:10am to go out to shipping.<br><br>Not only was my order handled quickly, they also gave me a user written response to my comment. I asked for a phone call if possible when it was shipped. They responded back saying that my order has been shipped out, the day it would deliver (Guaranteed 3 day), and that i won\u0027t get the call I requested as UPS doesn\u0027t have time to do that.<br><br>The reason I\u0027m so happy with it is that they took time to respond to my comment and let me know that i wouldn\u0027t get the call. Rather than letting me sit here waiting for it and having it never come, then being mad when the package is delivered and no call arriving.<br><br>The guy i talked to was very nice as well.<br><br>I normally only buy my hardware from newegg and ncix. This is the first time buying from this company, I have not heard anything about it or anything bad or good so I was slightly skeptical. Definitely glad I did make my purchase through them though.
