"I ordered a PC monitor from pcRUSH through Amazon. The item shipped almost immediately. Unfortunately, due to an oversight on my part, it shipped to the wrong address. Because of Amazon's agreements with third party sellers, this order could not be changed once shipped. pcRUSH has gone above and beyond to help me out in this situation, and I would highly recommend them. I won't hesitate to buy from them again."

"I made the mistake of shopping based on price alone. After waiting patiently for my item, I called and found that pcRush had arbitrarily cancelled my order, yet never contacted me. They claimed the item was "no longer available" from the manufacturer, but when I anonymously called the 1-800 number and asked if they had the item in stock for immediate shipment, they said yes.

pcRush did issue a refund for my "return" (odd, since I never got the item) but they conveniently "forgot" to refund my sales tax. I had to fight to get my last $14 back.

Don't be fooled by a great price - AVOID pcRush!"

"horrible!!! I was sent the wrong item and then was told I had to complete the RMA process on my dime and that it would take a long time for me to get the correct Item. The next time our business needs a printer I will not be using pcrush.com, I would rather risk my life on ebay!"

"i ordered 150$ form them and they did not request that a signature be required by ups. It is stolen now. They have suggested I call the police. This is not the first time I have ordered something online. This is the first time I have had something delivered for which a signature was not required. I have never requested one before, but PCrush is saying that it was my responsibility to request that."

"I've bouth the Item from these Jokers round $300 they did not process my order they said ur payment not getting throw or ur credit card got decline they said that Cancel it and re submit a new order I did canceled my first attempt and try to repurchase the same Item but You Not Believe this that They raised the Price for same Item to $600, These Jokers are Not Responsibel and dont care for Counsomers and buyers like US so Just Do Not,DO Not Buy From PCRUSH.COM"

"I had what started out as a bad experience and figured that I was just going to have to live with this one. However they contacted me and offer to correct the mistake in a way that I thought was very generous. At the end of ther day, we both were happy. Thats good customer service! "

"Great to do business with. I was either mis-informed or mis-understood the the ability of my computer and a particular printer. After trying to install unsuccessfully PCRush.com gladly refunded my charges and waived the re-stocking fee because of the mis-understanding.

"Don't buy from these guys. First of all, their prices weren't that great. Secondly, as with other reviewers, check very closely the product number you are buying as their descriptions are sometimes incomplete. Thirdly, understand that returns are problematic. You will pay return shipping. Be sure to keep tracking number etc to prove they received the merchandise, and even then expect no acknowledgement of the return and no credit until you push them. Finally, expect some guy named Dan to ask you to withdraw your negative feedback, and threaten you with a "restocking" fee if you do not. Also, he will actively lie, telling you that if your feedback is withdrawn you can later resubmit it - this is absolutely incorrect, at least on Amazon: once your feedback comment is withdrawn Amazon's policy is that you cannot later resubmit anything.
Don't buy from these guys. You can do better elsewhere."
