We carry over 800 different pillows and I am confident that we can find a pillow that will be perfect for you. Our goal is to get our customers the best possible pillow for their sleep preference so they get a great night of sleep every night and we want to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their experience with our company. "Purchased three pillows plus a comforter after staying at the Mirage. The comforter is by Rocky Mountain and is down. I payed $259 for it and It is horrible. The feathers have long, pointed ends to them, so they stick out and jab you when you are using the comforter. I have never had feathers like this in any down comforter I have owned. May try adding a duvet to see if that helps. The weight and fill are OK. The pillows are so-so. They are much flatter than the ones in the hotel. Did ship fast.
UPDATE: RECEIVED PERSONAL EMAIL FROM OWNER & THE COMPANY GLADLY EXCHANGED ALL MY ITEMS AND COVERED COST OF RETRUN SHIPPING. GREAT COMPANY AND WILL SHOP THERE AGAIN! THE COMFORTER I ORDERED ORIGINALLY HAD A HIGHER CONCENTRATION OF FEATHERS AND MY NEW ONE IS PLUSH, WARM AND VERY COMFORTABLE. "
