"This site as the worst 'customer service' in recorded history. They make you jump through all kinds of hoops to get cores returned, and credits for parts shipped that their site says ARE for your vehicle, but are not! TROUBLE TICKETS?? Nobody gets back to you, and they still have 140 of my money for an alternator that didn't apply to my vehicle. It has been well over 30 days!! Naturally, I am going to get stuck paying for shipping BOTH WAYS. Some deal!! Still haven't gotten an RMA# for my power steering pump, and it has been almost TWO MONTHS. I actually went to Google map to check the satellite shot of the return address that I did get for other parts, because it sounded like a residential street address; I thought kids working out of their garage. It actually showed a warehouse-style building, so I guess the kids are working out of daddys' business!
On the plus side, there are some decent deals, but I have gotten better service from another competitor who can really 'rock' auto part deals, but whose website is just so-so. Good website, great pics, but POOR execution. You would do well to consider the competition first. Buyer beware!"
