"I submitted a request for a return on a part that was shipped in shoddy packaging and subsequently arrived damaged. It has been over two weeks and I haven't received any response; The order simply states "In Process." I have called customer service repeatedly; every time I get bumped to voice mail. Is anyone actually there? I finally left a voice mail on the customer service line; no call back in over a week. I sent an email; no response."
