I was given 3 options: 1) wait for them to arrive to their warehouse (was told it could be up to 10 days) 2) pick a different color lens\/frame for immediate order processing, or 3) cancel the order for a full refund. I chose option #2 - picked a different color. Less than 10 minutes after the phone call I had a shipment notification in my email! The product came promptly and was exactly what I had expected with one exception... there was an additional pair of KDs in a slightly different shade \u0027for my trouble.\u0027 This was not an expensive order by any means, but was by far one of the best online purchase experiences I have had. Up to that point had ordered primarily from an East Coast cycle parts dealer (with Gold Card discount). Phat beat all competitive prices and offered a nice discount at the time. Although BUB had backordered the mufflers and it took a bunch of months to be shipped, the price difference and the fact Phat kept me informed of the order progress made it worth the wait. "I was looking to get an updated look on my bike but after receiving the "Dakota Digital" the pictures advertised does not represent the product. This speedometer looks very cheap and after communicating with customer service they advised me that I had to pay 30 dollar restocking fee. I didnt even open the box. i wouldnt mind paying for shipping but 30 dollars"
