"prices were to good to be true but they were. I saved over $800 from my local store and there was free delivery as well. All was delivered in the allotted time frame. Great website they seemed to know what they were doing and answered all my questions promptly."

"This is by far the largest single on-line purchase that we have ever made and I have to admit, spending several thousand dollars on-line for appliances made me a tad nervous. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The folks at Plessers were extremely helpful, polite and eager to answer any and all my questions and/or address and overcome any concerns that I had. I have to say, this has turned out to be an absolutely wonderful experience and we couldn't be more pleased. Thanks to Michelle and the other folks in customer service for doing a fantastic job! I am enjoying telling all of our friends and family about my new favorite on-line store....Plessers Appliances and Electronics."

"I may not recieve the happy holiday kick back 50.00 because of the unintended mis-wording of it. I'm still waiting to see if it passes scrutiny. Great news recieved rebate ahead of schedule. I have had no problems. Everybody, every concern, every item is just perfect. My wife and I love our frigidaire fprh19d7lf."

"I ordered this Viking cook-top on November 30th and did not receive until February 7th. When it was ordered there was nothing stated in the order that was a special order item. I therefore expected to have it delivered before Christmas as this was a Christmas gift for my wife. I contacted Plessers via email on December 20th to find out when it would be delivered. I was told at the time the order was typed in that Plessers was not aware that this particular unit was considered a custom unit, which required a long lead time. I was further told that manufacturers are constantly changing their policies and that Plessers makes every effort to keep up with them all, but sometimes errors do occur. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my wife expecting to have it delivered prior to Christmas. Needless to say, I feel that the service that Plessers provided on this item was substandard. If I had known it was going to take this long to receive this cook-top I never would have ordered through Plessers. In addition, a delivery notice was sent to us to be delivered on February 6th. My wife stayed home all day waiting for the delivery, which never came. My wife called UPS late that evening to find out what had happen to the delivery. She was told by a UPS agent that they could not contact the UPS delivery agent and would have a UPS manager call my wife the following morning. That call never came. The unit showed up the following day with an explanation that the unit had been misplaced in the warehouse on the day that it was scheduled to be delivered. I realize that this was not Plessers fault but it just added to my frustration with this whole process. Hopefully, Plessers will take note of the problems that we had with this order and will take the appropriate steps to ensure that their advertizing is up-to-date and accurate and the shipping of items arrive when according to the notification date. Thank you for your attention to this matter. "
