"I ordered 100 pcs magnet bars for a school project on 3/18/12. It was not delivered on the delivery date. Contacted the seller. no response. waited for 3 additional days and contacted the seller about the delivery. no response. contacted again after few days no response and the package was never delivered. Got very frustrated with this merchant. We missed school project deadlines because of this merchant. Will never ever buy or recommend this seller to anyone!!! "
"Plexsupply is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. Their website wouldn't allow me to setup a new account so I ordered over the phone. A week later I called to say I hadn't received the item and they told me (1) Paypal never notified them of payment and (2) the item had been discontinued. They didn't bother to call or email and let me know either one of these problems. The customer "service" guy made no apologies, didn't offer to check their database for a comparable replacement, and shrugged off their Paypal excuse as no big deal. "
"Plexsupply has terrible customer service. Stay away! I ordered a Bunn coffee maker model NHB through Amazon from them as a Christmas gift. They called and emailed to let me know that they did not have that model in stock and asking if I wanted the NHBX-B shipped instead. I said NO in both the email and the phone conversation, but the shipped it the next day anyway. I sent it back, in the manner requested on their return policy. It was like pulling teeth to get them to refund the item, and required several phone calls. It required additional phone calls and emails to get them to refund my initial shipping, even though I asked for that as well when requesting a product refund. I asked them to also refund my return shipping (why should I have to pay for return shipping when they are the ones that made the error) but they refused, stating that I should have asked them to pay for return shipping. Their return policies did not state that at the time of my return, and their policies have changed since my order. It definitely did not specify that they would pay for return shipping when I tried to return the item.
I am incredibly unhappy with this company, I would advise others to stay away. "

"This is a very shady operation that will not allow returns. You will never see a refund from them and they lie to their customers. Sold me a lamp that was a piece of garbage. Unless you've got money to flush down the toilet, don't do business in any way with them. "
"I attempted to buy a TV through buy.com where Plexsupply is the seller. Here is what i sent Buy.com. Make no mistake. The following are exact details and facts. I want Buy.com to be aware of a purchase that i tried to make. It was a TOP END Panasonic TV advertised for 4800 and offered by Plexsupply. The TV is advertised on buy.com and the sellers web site as model TH-65PF11UK for $4800. The seller contacted me and told me that Buy.com had mistakenly advertised this for them yet they would ship and sell me a even better model. They sent me the doc to authorize, told me I would pay the same price for this even better model. I was well aware that Panasonic does not make a better model I guess that I am sure that Plexsupply assumed I would not bother to check as I am sure this has been done to others. The model they offered is now a TH-65PZ850U that sells for a good $1500 less from almost any web site and local retailer. It is NOT in any way better than the original model. It actually sells on the buy.com site for $3799 and they were going to take my original $4800. This puts a REALLY REALLY bad taste in my mouth that Buy.com allows these types of vendors. Had the Vendor offered some reduced price that would be different yet they were having me sign a doc that agreed to accept this other model for same price. I hope Buy.com does not condone this type of activity. I do plan to let others know of this transaction. There is no lies here this is 100% fact and I am very upset and it is 100% my task now to make sure others do not have this happen to them.
