"The product was delivered before estimated arrival date and the web service was nice. Everything would have been fine if it wasn't for the serial number to my product being invalid! Took a week of correspondence with the software company for them to finally issuue me a new one. I have been informed that this was not the fault of ProAudioStar, that it was with the software company. So, although my experience with this purchase was troublesome, my experience with ProAudioStar's side was great. "
