"When my six year old pc died last month, I dreaded buying a new one. My pc serves as a digital darkroom, utilizing Adobe Photoshop. In the past, nearly any high end, off the rack desktop, could handle the job. Now however, the Adobe Cs software runs at 64 bits, and contains tools so powerful, that it requires a very specially configured computer. Fortunately, after weeks of shopping, I found a very special company, Puget Systems. I can say without any doubt, that this is the most customer oriented, quality conscious company, I've ever encountered. Their attention to detail is incredible, as is the their system for keeping customers constantly informed of assembly and testing. I received my new Puget pc yesterday, and its conspicuous quality is testament to their pride in workmanship. Puget is indeed, a very special company.

"Bought a Serenity with an MSI GTX 670 video card and an i7 Ivy Bridge. It is powerful and yet pretty silent. The build looks and feels solid. The Antec gunmetal gray case is beautiful. Customer service is so good that it is almost scary. Best PC I've ever bought."

"I bought my gaming pc from Puget system exclusively for BF3 and was waiting to give it a good review my thoughts? this gaming pc is awesome! i love Puget system and iam very happy with my purchase. Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was answered all my questions and inquiries with great service. I will go back to make future purchase from Puget system no doubts, my system havent crashed or give me any isssues since my purchase last Octuber 2011. great price great product great customer service. I will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you Puget System."

"Extremely good customer service, they called me personally on the same day to talk about a problem with an out of stock part, and really went out of their way to help me out.

The system was assembled quickly and without problem, and they completed the process with no hangups. Beyond that shipping was extremely quick and cheap.

I really can't reccoment these guys enough."

"I could easily sum up my review of Puget Systems with one word: outstanding. But to elaborate...

Two weeks ago I received my custom configured Spirit system. I cannot express enough what a fantastic experience it was working with Brett and the entire Puget team that built my system. I created quotes for 2 different systems and sent them off for review based on what I was needing the system for. Brett came back with some very good advice and actually helped build a 3rd quote, the Spirit, that offered the best of everything that mattered to me - including the price. I exchanged several emails with Brett before finally making my decision and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision.

In terms of the build process and build quality, I am blown away with how detailed Puget is when building a system. From the status updates to the pictures, I was amazed at the high level of focus on customer service that they provided.

My Spirit desktop is the best system I have ever owned and I am extremely happy with the selections I made (with support from Brett). It’s been about 10 years since I owned a desktop so I was not sure how I would like it, but after having it for the past 2 weeks, there’s not one thing I would change. As expressed in other reviews, the packaging is beyond expectations. In fact, I was a little worried when I saw the size of the box coming off the FedEx truck but after seeing how well the system was packed, it explained why the outer box was that big!

I would absolutely recommend Puget to anyone looking for a first rate custom build."

"I am so impressed and delighted! I use voice recognition in an electronic medical record, a demanding computer environment. This smoking fast laptop has absolutely gorgeous graphics, best performance ever. The team at Puget recommended specs, and I couldn't be happier. A new computer has never been so simple. i so appreciate the setup and binder. Best customer service I have ever had in this business. I'll have you make a computer for my son when he goes to college this fall. Thanks!"

"Have had my little Echo for a few days and it’s wonderful. I like its tiny size and how fast it is. I hooked it up to the TV to get a feel for its HD capabilities and it played beautifully. My only complaint is that it is louder than I thought it would be as it is about 1/4th the size of my previous one I thought it would be quieter as well but it is not. It’s not annoyingly loud just louder than I thought it would be.

I am no expert on computers but I knew I wasn’t totally happy with the out of box experience so I checked out Puget Systems. While Puget’s prices were about 25% higher than out of the box computers considering the money that I spent for my previous computer plus the cost of needed repairs, cleanings etc. over the years it comes out pretty even. I also spoke to a computer geek friend who reassured me that the prices were actually very comparable to what it would be to build it yourself with quality parts. He was really impressed with the prices and the support guarantee.

Customer service was great. With my initial quote William made no effort to do a hard sell. He talked about the positives of Puget Systems while acknowledging my limits. He answered all of my questions big and small in an exceptional manner-often emailing me back literally within minutes and always in a way that I understood. Scott also helped me in telling me how to get my old monitor to work with the new computer. With the online status updates and benchmarks I could easily track the progress on my computer. I got it within a week of ordering and it was superbly and snuggly packed.

All in all I couldn’t be happier. Given the reputation of computer stores for lousy tech service and sloppy equipment I never thought I would say that the best company in the NW is a computer store-Puget Systems. Thanks guys

"William at Puget Systems did an amazing job matching my needs to a custom configuration I had sent him as a possible option. He actually steered me away from unnecessary equipment and the configuration he sent back was a bit cheaper than the one I had originally submitted for review. Having been in sales, I know that honesty is always the best policy and that smart customers are willing to pay a little more in the end if they're confident not only in the equipment they are buying but also in the folks they're dealing with. After submission, my order went smoothly with updates on its progress and an open line of communication with William who was more than willing to answer any questions I had.

The system is now up and running and it's everything I wanted along with the peace of mind that any support I might need is a phone call/email away at Puget. Everything you read about this company being old school in that the customer comes first and that they aren't after the big bottom line is true. I actually spent quite a bit more than originally planned because of the trust William established and the solid reputation they carried there."
