You should have received your tracking e-mail on 5/08 (a week after placing the order) and the package was delivered three days later (5/11), making the full time it took to receive the order 8 business days. We understand that you wanted to have more information about the status of your package so we will make sure to put this information in a more visible location on our deal pages so that customers are aware of our usual shipping time-frame. We are working to make the order provisioning and shipping process quicker than what we are providing now. Recently, we have changed the expected shipping time frame to a week, which is a better fit for the way that we currently operate. Our goal is to ship within a two day time span and as we grow, we will work hard to make that happen for our customers.
In addition, you will start seeing more communication from us about delayed orders. Emails will now be sent out more frequently to notify you of any unanticipated delay. "I bought the most beautiful android tablet from RapidBuyr, Asus Transformer. It was mailed quickly and appropriately. Unfortunately, the tablet had a defect that would not wake up from sleep mode. Suzanne Redlich, RapidBuyr's team associate, immediately started the process for an RMA. For some reason, Asus would not give her one so she send me a brand spanking new tablet in the meantime. Now, I had two tablets. I mailed the defective one back when I decided to keep the new one. What company trusts you enough to send you two units when you only bought one? None! They make you mail the bad one and send you a new one once they receive the bad one. You know how it goes. RapidBuyr is a first grade company offering first grade products, with a first grade Customer Service department to back them up. I totally recommend RapidBuyr to anybody. Thanks..."
