"I needed a door for my new Samsung Refridgerator so I called what I thought was Samsung so I could get the correct door. I told the person I did not know what the part number was. She said no problem just give me the serial number and model and there will be no mistake. So she gave me a case number and called me back and said they had the correct door. So I ordered it (big mistake). After receiving the door I noticed it was not the correct one. So I called J&J and informed them. They told me that doors are non returnable. I informed them that they picked the part and they said it was the correct door. I told them if I had picked the part it would be my fault but they told me this was the correct door so I didn't understand. The J&J rep then said it was my fault for getting the wrong door. She said that is what Samsung sent them. I told her so since J&J sent me the wrong door it is my fault but Samsung sent them the wrong door and it is still my fault. I kept asking the rep why this is my fault. Her response was did we send you a door or a motor? I was confused and ask her what she was talking about. She said you ordered a door and that is what we sent you. The then said tough luck and hung up on me.
I am now dealing with Samsung directly and got the correct part number and will order it else where. Now J&J wants me to pay for shipping + 15% restocking fee to return it. That will cost me $90. This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks. I can't believe Samsung associates with them."

"I ordered a TV Stand via their website. First off, I paid $23.19 for shipping and it took exactly 30 days for me to receive the part. After 3 weeks, I called and was told, "we still dont have your part in stock at this time." Then I asked, "Aren't you Samsung?" and was told by the service rep "We're not related to Samsung, we're J and J International." He then gave me a date of when I was supposed to receive the stand (24th), which was wrong. So then I called again on the 26th, and was told it would be in on the 29th. I finally received the TV stand today on May 2nd, the 30th day since the order. BUT now the TV Stand did not come with screws even though the website states "TV Stand P-Base Use With Screws." I then called customer service AGAIN. They said the stand does not come with screws but I could purchase 4 screws and that it would be $18 for shipping. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to someone's voicemail. I left a msg and never received a return call. Also the part is refurbished, definitely not new. Terrible customer service and a terrible company. Please do not order from them."

"There is a big disconnect in this company. Seems like the left hand does not know what the right is doing.

I received the wrong parts. After returning them with an RA #, they wanted to charge me for shipping costs. Upon calling the Customer Service Dept I did not seem to get anywhere. There was no knowledge or interest in how to handle the situation."

"I was sent the incorrect part by a J & J International’s sales rep named Larry. This was not my fault. The sales rep was incapable of comprehension of simple high school level language and as a result I was sent the incorrect part. If you call J & J and a sales rep named Larry answers hang up the phone and try again. (After this incident, I found that Sears stocks and sells the same part as J & J. I will deal with them in the future.)

I sent several emails to J & J customer service to attempt to return the part for credit. Part of my first email was “I read the front and back of the invoice and the wording left me with some questions. My first question is: If I return the part I received, will it cost me your S & H of $10.25 plus a $4.08 restocking fee? To rephrase the question, will I lose $14.33 to return a $16.98 part? My second question is does Samsung cover my cost to ship the part back to J & J or do I pay for that also?

Ultimately, my emails got no useful response and it became obvious that it would cost me $14.33 plus my shipping costs to return the part when the part itself cost $16.98 (does not include S&H and 15% restocking fee.)

In my opinion, J & J is not a buyer friendly company and I would suggest doing business elsewhere.

"We bought a lamp for our tv and it lasted less than 1 month. When we tried to get a replacement they would not honor their replacement policy. They said they would send us another bulb with no warranty and no replacement of any kind, because there was nothing wrong with their bulb. We had to call a repairman to verify the lamp was truly defective, and it was defective. We returned the lamp and they returned our money minus the shipping charge. We will never order another part from J&J.

The customer service person gave incorrect information and was rude."

"Buyer Beware. Customer Service is not high on their list. J & J International, Inc. I brought a lamp for my Samsung TV from J & J and it lasted only 5 months. It was still under warranty and all I had to do was sent the old part back to J & J Internation. This has been a nightmare. Horrible. I sent the part back with confirmation receipt by US postal service. J & J said they never received it and can not ship my new part until they receive the old part back. Even after I provided them with a confirmation number and a conference call with the post office manager, they still said that they did not receive the part and there was nothing they could do for me. I would just have to buy another part if I want to get my TV fixed. Well needless to say, I will NEVER buy another Samsung anything if this is the way their parts department handles their customers. This is a good indication of how this company works. Customer Service is not high on their priorty list. They got my money this time but never again."

"Buyer beware! I ordered a Samsung A/S-TCon Board from them for a 46' LCD TV. They sent me a defective one and would not refund my money or send a replacement part. I even emailed them pictures of the defective part and also verified with a local tv repair store. This is a very shady operation and they provide terrible customer service. You're probably better off buying a new tv or having a diagnostic run by your local repair shop for $50 before wasting valuable time and money with samsungparts.com. I spent $175 for a part that is of poor quality. The electronic sodering is terrible among other things. These are refurbished parts. You are taking a big risk if you use them. They also don't return phone calls. I hope this review is read by others before anyone else becomes the next victim of samsungparts.com"

We are not refusing you an exchange, we are just waiting on you to send us a picture of the part. At www.samsungparts.com we only sells new parts as authorized by the manufacturer and not refurbished. So if your part showed up with damage we need an image of the part so we can exchange it for you. Again we will be happy to exchange this part for you, we just need to hear back from you.”

"I recently bought a samsung monitor base and holder. The item is on backorder. It has been a few weeks and i found the parts i needed for the monitor, so I no longer need those parts. Tried to cancel the order when logged into the site, but there was no option for it. I e-mailed them telling them that i want to cancel the order and I also called them. The lady told me she will cancel the order and i asked for an e-mail confirmation. I didn't get an e-mail confirmation, so I called back to ask for it and the lady (probably the same one) rudely told me that they don't e-mail confirmation of cancelled order. The problem I have is that when i log onto the site, it says the purchase is still a new order. To me it says open order. If the item has been cancelled, shouldn't it also say it on my end. It seems to me that they don't want any proof saying that i cancelled the order, so they can ship it out when they have it in stock and charge me for something that i no longer need or want. I'm writing this review just in case i need some proof i cancelled my order. Order # 485468 on 1-7-12. I used to like samsung, but after this experience, I doubt i will buy anything from them again. I especially will NOT buy anything from samsungparts.com or J&J international as they are the same company. Very rude customer service. You've been warned. DO NOT BUY from them."

"I needed a tv stand and I called J and J to verify I was ordering the correct part. The rep who answered the phone was extremely helpful and made sure I was shipped the right part. I received the stand and our samsung tv is awesome. By all means, use J and J if you need any parts or accessories."

"After placing my order, I discovered this website and saw all the negative reviews and I got nervous. However, I am completely satisfied with the service I received from J&J and their prices were low. I paid for 2nd day shipping and the part I ordered (DC64-00802A replacement diaphragm for Samsung Washer) arrived 2 days later as promised. They provided me with a shipping confirmation including a Fed-Ex tracking number."
