The ones I ordered were pictured and described on the website as having crimpable ends, but the ones I received had raw ends.<br><br>I called to request that the order was corrected, but was informed that the ones I ordered were discontinued. I\u0027m not very satisfied.<br><br>After paying for the pigtails that I ordered, and paying $14 for shipping, I\u0027m now stuck with ones I don\u0027t want. The cost to ship back makes it not worth the hassle. For the shipping I paid to get it to me, I could have shipped two orders, flat rate, priority mail.<br><br>The ones I got will work, but if orders are substituted with other products without any explanation or notice, and when the explanation comes back as \u0022the ones you wanted were discontinued\u0022... I don\u0027t think I\u0027ll be taking my chances again with Security Camera World. I\u0027ve already spent over $15,000 on a complex CCTV system and have more to order.
