I bought an Extended Combo case for my HTC EVO and after using it for only a week, one day I went to take my phone out of the belt clip, AND IT WAS GONE!! The phone fell out of the case and I can't find it ANYWHERE. I emailed Seidio, and they had the nerve to offer me 20% off a new one (Like I would get a new one and loose ANOTHER phone.
"Like many users here I too have had problem with Seidio. I ordered a bunch of things for my Droid original, cables, a skin, a case, a desktop cradle, a car nav cradle, etc. You would think that a customer that buys so much from a company would get decent support, but no. The first skin didn't fit right. I had to make several calls to get a replacement and that took months to arrive. The second one didn't fit right either but was close enough that I didn't want to deal with the hassle of sending it back and waiting months more. After a little more than a year, the cable that hooked up my home cradle stopped sending enough juice to charge my phone any longer. Note: When I got this cradle I installed it and then never touched the cable again, yet their cheap cord broke. Would the send me a replacement cord that probably would cost them $1? Nope! Would they let me buy just the cord? Nope! I have to buy the whole cradle again!
NO THANKS! Seidio has seen the last of my business. Avoid this company. They don't stand behind their products and drag their feet on offering support."
"Ordered a case from them. Case arrived and was total junk. Customer Service was horrible. Bottom line, I have a case that is useless, they have my money, and they aren't givng it back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you enjoy throwing your money away."
"I purchased 2 cases and holsters at the beginning of March. The holsters are great, but the cases are JUNK, so I returned them (after finding a different case that fit the holster and was MUCH better quality.) I got my RMA #, mailed the cases back at my expense, and waited for a refund to show up on my credit card. The cases were mailed on 3/16 and I still haven't heard a peep from them. I followed up on 3/29, never heard back, and then sent them an email on 4/1 stating that if I didn't hear back by the end of the day I would dispute the charge with my credit card company.
As of today, 4/5, I still haven't heard a peep from Seidio and have filed the dispute. All I can say is that their customer service is HORRIBLE and I will never purchase from them again."

There was a small problem with the xtra life battery I ordered (that fits in the same space as the OEM battery, by the way) but they made it right in no time flat!"
"Purchased a Seidio Innocase Rugged Holster Combo for Motorola Droid X from Droid Forums Store which is great to deal with. The other day the clip on the back of the case broke and when I talked to customer service I was told to call Seidio which I did and they said I would have to first send the broken part back to them then would have to wait 1-2 weeks for the replacement. What terrible customer service. I rather find another case for my Droid X then to jump through hoops for these people. "
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Please read these reviews BEFORE you order from them not after as I did. Seidio makes decent products but do not deal with them direct. If you must purchase from them you had better order NOW for Christmas and I wish you luck on getting it on time. I live here in Houston and could have walked over and picked it up by now. I purchased Seidio's extended battery from igonemobile with NO problems. Life is just too short to deal with Seidio directly."

"I would never buy Seidio products again after my last bad experience with their product and their sorry excuse for "customer service". I bought a protective case and the thin band protecting the top of the phone broke shortly after. It is appalling that a company who charges almost $30 for a flimsy piece of composite material that costs almost nothing to make refused to replace or make *any* concessions whein their product breaks after normal wear and tear in a reasonable amount of time. ... It is almost comical (I say 'almost' because it is rather insulting) that instead I was advised to go to their website and purchase a new one from them. "
"I ordered an Innocase II for my Evo 4g because it looked to be the best case on the market at the moment. My first case was really squeaky and fit really loose on my phone. I got a replacement and it had the same problem. I asked for a refund and I have to return 2 defective cases at my cost and will be out this shipping to and from me for an item that everyone is having problems with. I even asked for another replacement because I dont feel I should have to pay to ship it back and it was denied. I was planning on buying an extended battery and the dock for my phone but that was the first and last purchase I will make from Seidio. I was going to recommend a case to my mom and girlfriend but I this will not be the one. Edit: I was promised a full refund including shipping because I had gotten 3 bad cases. They then refused and it resulted in a BBB complaint that they did not take seriously. So in all I am out 15$ after being sent 3 defective cases. Horrible company do not buy from these people."
