Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. You bought the hard drive on march 12th and almost 2 months later you found out you had a bad drive. All our used drives come with 30 days warranty.”

After re-formatting the drive and loading my operating system, I ran the drive for about a week when it started throwing continuous errors, BSOD and so on. After running several disk checks, I realized that this was a failing HDD with many bad sectors and clusters. When it finally arrived 10 days after ordering, I found that they sent me a scratched up used DVD drive. Their website and invoice (enclosed in the package!) clearly stated \u0022new\u0022. When emailed they did not reply. When I called their Long Island City NY telephone number, they told me that I had made the mistake by sending it back! Called and complained, they blamed it on their distributor and offered an RMA. I needed the drives installed ASAP so I obtained the trays elsewhere and installed the drives. "I had an excellent experience with Server Supply! I was looking for a hard drive that would fit my older ACER Aspire 9410Z laptop because the old one became corrupted. Since it's an older laptop I was having an interesting time trying to find the same or similarly dimensioned hard drive. They had exactly the part I needed and at a very reasonable price.
Oh, and the best part was that my hard drive was listed at $55 but when I added it to my cart, it listed itself as $45! I hadn't input any kind of coupon code or anything similar, so that was certainly a pleasant surprise. And the free shipping was certainly a plus.
I do and would recommend this company and will be ordering from them again in the future."
