"In this day and age, practically prices for everything are continuing to rise - you name it! Food, gas, supplies . . . Good quality jewelry is sometimes just too expensive to buy. Shadora is that UNIQUE company that searches the world for the hottest deals and passes them on to us. And FREE shipping, why complain? I love their stuff. Precious silver, sparkly gems, diamond chips, hot styles! And you can choose to spend $$ somewhere or make your buck stretch here. You can find all kinds - affordable and expensive quality jewelry. It's always beautiful when a company is flexible like that and gives you options and so many choices. Most AMAZING, UNIQUE jewelry company in the world. Also I give customer service an A! They do care. I order my stuff, get an instant confirmation email, and whenever they get around to shipping it I can track it through UPS. They are a good company. They deserve appreciation for all that work they do for their fans. They are fairly new from 2010 but heard of them in 2011. I was in awe of their site and how sweet the deals were and assorted beautiful sterling silver jewelry there was to choose from. I've fallen in love with Shadora. They are good to me and their stuff is good. They deserve to expand."

"I ordered a B-day gift on 4/19 well in advance for the drop dead need by date. 10 days later, nothing. I emailed & a terse response was given that my package had not even shipped out till 5 days later ( even though I had a tracking number from THAT days placed order )! I was told it was in its way. On the drop dead due date I was told that there was nothing they could do until 3 weeks had passed!On May 11th I asked for a refund. VERY, very dissapointing. Too many other sites to order from, which I will do in the future!"

“Hi and thank you for your feedback. As written in our previous correspondence with you, we sincerely regret that your item did not reach you yet. Your order was shipped in a timely fashion on April 23rd. We send out several hundred orders a day and when they arrive at the USPS facility, there are occasionally some packages that the USPS accidentally does not scan. when this has happened in the past, our customers generally receive their orders, despite that lack of tracking information. In your case, the order had not yet arrived within our two week time frame and so a full refund was issued. We hope you reconsider your decision and continue shopping on Shadora.com.”

"I ordered two things. The estimated delivery date came and went last week. The tracking had it nearby; now it's in another state. I wrote the company and they just said they'd pass my complaint along. Thanks for nothing. I can't judge the merchandise because it hasn't come. They use UPS, then switch to USPS mid-shipping. It would be faster to send it by pigeon."

“Hello! We wanted to clarify that in order to provide free shipping, we ship with UPS Mail Innovations. While 99.99% of the shipments arrive in a timely fashion, sometimes within 2 or 3 days after the item shipped, there are exceptions to that rule and some packages get lost or mis-sorted in the USPS facilities.

The way UPS Mail Innovations works is that UPS picks up the package from us, scans the barcode, sorts it by zip code and then transfers it to the UPS Mail Innovations hub nearest to your USPS sort facility. Once it arrives, it is stamped with postage, and gets transferred to your local post office. This method provides accurate and updated shipping info and is the most cost effective to us so we can provide Free Shipping to you!

If we were to use standard UPS, it would most definitely arrive more quickly, but add on about $5 or more per shipment.

Unfortunately, unless the pigeons were equipped with RFID tags, I am not too sure they would have the best tracking abilities ;).

I hope this clarifies things for you. In the event that your package keeps touring the USA for the next few days, please let us know so that we may reship the package to you or issue a refund.”

"WOW, Shadora...such an AWESOME company!!!! I can't say enough good about my experience with them!! I recently recieved an order that wasn't "quite right". I sent a msg. about what was wrong and had my response almost immediatly!! It didn't take long at all, in fact I was the one wth more questions tbe sure I understood right (because I am NOT used to such great customer service and satisfaction)and those questions were answered within minutes! And the BEST part was that the problem I had was "fixed" that day without ANY problems!!! I have NEVER had something resolved so quickly without being treated as if I was doing things wrong! I can't tell you how Very Happy I am with Shadora!! Thank you so much for having Beautiful items, Great prices and Wonderful customer service!!! You WILL be seeing orders from me again!!!!"

"Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the post office not being able to deliver my original order as addressed. I waited a few weeks but it was never sent back. I reached out to Shadora and they reshipped my order and I received in a few days. I will be ordering from them again. Jewelry was cute and affordable."

"They are excellent merchants !!! Their products are great too!!! Highly pleasing to the eye and easy on my wallet so it's a win-win!!! Plus their customer service is something other stores should imitate. They are willing to go the extra mile and find out information on the products such as content of certain metals in the items. I use this store all the time to buy quality good that my girlfriend wont feel guilty about me spending the money!"

"I love Shadora. Every holiday, birthday and just because, my husband surprises me with something beautiful from Shadora. This last Christmas I received a beautiful Kate Middleton ring. But it was faulty (this is not typical, I've gotten about 20 pieces from them in perfect condition, this is an exception). After the holiday I emailed Shadora customer service. They immediately responded with apologies and offered credit or a refund because they did not have my size any longer. I loved this ring and delayed an answer until recently when they got a new order of this same ring in my size. I contacted customer service and they shipped a replacement ring in the mail to me the next day! I will always look at Shadora when shopping for jewelry first and recommend my friends do too."

"I did find my order number but on the date I don't know but approximately 6 to 8 weeks ago. My order cost was for 54.98 and order number was 101710298. That's all I have. I hope they can ship this order as soon as possible. That would make me happy and keep me as a returning customer. To whom it may concern, thank you Walter Fisher, satisfied customer."
