Your order was shipped in a timely fashion on April 23rd. We send out several hundred orders a day and when they arrive at the USPS facility, there are occasionally some packages that the USPS accidentally does not scan. when this has happened in the past, our customers generally receive their orders, despite that lack of tracking information. In your case, the order had not yet arrived within our two week time frame and so a full refund was issued. We hope you reconsider your decision and continue shopping on Shadora.com.”

posted May-08-2012 “Hello! We wanted to clarify that in order to provide free shipping, we ship with UPS Mail Innovations. While 99.99% of the shipments arrive in a timely fashion, sometimes within 2 or 3 days after the item shipped, there are exceptions to that rule and some packages get lost or mis-sorted in the USPS facilities.
The way UPS Mail Innovations works is that UPS picks up the package from us, scans the barcode, sorts it by zip code and then transfers it to the UPS Mail Innovations hub nearest to your USPS sort facility. Once it arrives, it is stamped with postage, and gets transferred to your local post office. This method provides accurate and updated shipping info and is the most cost effective to us so we can provide Free Shipping to you!
If we were to use standard UPS, it would most definitely arrive more quickly, but add on about $5 or more per shipment.
Unfortunately, unless the pigeons were equipped with RFID tags, I am not too sure they would have the best tracking abilities ;).
I hope this clarifies things for you. In the event that your package keeps touring the USA for the next few days, please let us know so that we may reship the package to you or issue a refund.”
