Due to the weight of the watch face it rotates in the box and faces down in its plastic box. It was like this all during shipping. The watch face was rubbing on the plastic box the whole time. Fortunately there was not any damage to the watch face. The watch quality overall is not as good as pictured. I most likely will purchase from SharkStores again. "I have been purchasing jewelry and watches through SharkStores for over a year. I first remember glancing over an email from SharkStores and looking at the prices and thinking you know what they say about "If it looks too good to be true..." but I read a recommendation of a person I respected on a watch blog and decided to go ahead and give them a try. I got a mans stainless steel bracelet and the fit and finish were great. I honestly would have been more than satisfied at 2 or 3 times the cost. Since then I have made my wife happy with purchases for her as well as additional purchases for myself. Only once have I had a problem with a piece and then SharkStores Customer Service stepped up and helped me to my complete satisfaction.
