Thank you for your comment. You selected UPS Next Day Air Early AM. The order was shipped the same day and was shipped UPS Next Day Air Early AM.
UPS states that they attempted to deliver the package at 7:15 am in the morning. They also state, you were not available for delivery. They left and returned at 11:14 am the same morning and delivered the package.
The Early AM standard is to deliver the package by 8 am. The customer must be available to accept the package in order for UPS to meet the standard.
