First I made a order thinking it would be free shipping because that is what it says on their website, a couple days later I got a e-mail telling me my shipping won\u0027t be free because I live in hawaii. After that the lady e-mailed me back totally ignoring my comment about my order not being free shipping... she e-mailed me my new total, good thing I double checked it because the total she gave me was completely wrong. I then asked how long will my order take she told me 6-10 days, its now the 11th day and I have not received my order. I contacted Silkletter on the 10th day and spoke with a man who told me I should be getting it today... he gave me my tracking number, FINALLY (I have been waiting for someone to e-mail me this tracking number from the day I put in my order) Today I tried tracking my order and the tracking number the guy from silk letter gave me is WRONG... I\u0027m really upset because I paid a lot of money. The event I needed these cups for is tomorrow and it\u0027s looking like I ain\u0027t gonna have them.
