"I am really pleased with this company. They go above and beyond to resolve your problems with your phone and if it can't be fixed they continue to work with you until they make you happy. I'm taking all my phone issues to them. Thanks so much."

"The website was easy to use and the team provided exactly what I ordered in a prompt fashion. It was a risk when I made the order and sent my precious iPad to them, but it was well worth it! The turnaround was exactly as promised and the communication was clear."

"My phone was fixed and my keyboard replaced. Its is working smoothly, thank you. However, when phone was put back together some pieces didn't quite fall in place and it has a little rattle sound."

"I sent my 3G Iphone for repair. No power. It came back 2.5 weeks later with nothing done. Still no power. the repair man said he'd change the battery. I wonder if he check if it was the batter or even if he did any thing to it. I email my complaints, still now no one has answer my email. I won't use this service again. I work for the USPS management and believe me I won't referr any one to their web site."

"These days most company's cant use the phrase "Does exactly was it says on the tin"
Smart2fix.com does this and more.
Id broken my 3gs iPhone just after it went out of warranty finding a repair company off to Google i went finding local company in New Jersey.
When long story short they butchered my iPhone leaving screws missing and the home button nearly unusable leading to screen cracking and then leading to phone useless.
After being stung for way more than Smart2fix.com charge i did a serious search and found Smart2fix.com.
Sent my iPhone for repair they fixed it for price quoted with no extra cost for missing screws etc.
I'm going to get my iPad screen repaired soon to as my dog stood on screen leaving a crack from one corner to another,
Smart2fix.com will get the work as these guys are great to work with never any hassle claiming somethings broke which isn't.
Dont normally do reviews as happy customers never do as why bother your happy move on but after my bad experience any help to others im willing to spend 5 mins helping others."

"Since our entire back of the phone was damaged, we chose the black to white conversion, and opted to add a new battery. Everything seems perfect!"

"I was so blessed to have found such an amazing company! After searching for ANY servicers near and far with no luck, I turned to the internet for help. I was surprised at how quickly I was linked to your company, whom had the best reviews. Even over the holiday, you completed the repair in record time; WELL WORTH IT!

With the last two years of my life swarmed with technological malfunctions and lack of equipment, I needed a reliable repair service to help me with my arts. When a friend gave me their old broken iPhone a few months ago, I knew there had to be an affordable way to fix it so that I could use it as a documentation device. As a writer, teacher, musician and special needs assistant, not having a computer or smart phone is taking its toll on my work efficiency. I am so grateful that I was able to invest in YOUR arts of service, so that I can add one tool to my belt that will help advance my practices.

Blessings!

“This customer sent in their iPhone for a water damage repair (a repair that is not bound by our 48 hour service guarantee or 90-warranty). The customer chose the free FedEx ground shipping option (not our 2-day or overnight options), which can take up to 8 days for us to receive and another 8 days for them to receive. Our $50 water damage repair doesn't include any parts needed or the labor to replace them, and the price is on par with the rest of the industry.

This phone was cleaned and diagnosed within 24 hours (it should be noted that to clean a phone for water damage correctly the phone must be completely disassembled). The only additional repair needed was the replacement of the LCD for which the customer was only charged for the cost of the part($19) and not labor, saving them $50. The customer needed to be asked for permission to do this repair since it was beyond what the water damage repair service (the only repair authorized) included. The day the customer gave approval an invoice was sent for the additional $19 the phone was repaired, tested, and shipped that day.

10 days later the customer called to let us know that the home button didn't seem to be working properly (everything was working when we returned their phone). There is a no warranty on the water damage repair, but we sent the customer an overnight shipping label for their convience (a $52 cost we didn't charge them for). The customer took 12 days to send us their phone.

When we recieved the phone it was in restore mode (getting the phone out of restore mode could erase all the data on the phone). We contacted the customer and let them know and to get their permission to get it out of restore mode (in case all the data was lost in the process). Once permission was obtained we recoveed the phone without lossing any of the data, diagnosed the problem and notified the customer that the charger port will need to be replaced and that we would only charge for the part $10 and not for the full repair service $42. The customer took 3 days to reply.

With in 2 days of receiving a reply and payment from the customer the phone was fixed and returned.

In all we had the phone in a repair status for 5 days. Retail cost for the all the services rendered (including shipping) would have been $237.
$50 - Water Damage
$69 - LCD Repair
$42 - Charger Port Repair
$12 - FedEx Ground
$64 - FedEx Overnight

The customer paid $79

Our communication process is designed to ensure that we give the customer what they ask for, and so that the customer knows and understands all their options.”
