"I found Smart Furniture on line, anmd took a chance of ordering my Aeron chair through them. The entire process was on line and went smoother than I could believe. Communication with the company via email was timely, accurate, and effective. The chair was delivered as promised, when promised, and as promised. Great experience all around, would definitely use them again and recommend to colleagues."

"My experience from the moment I used their site to my interaction with their customer service, I was amazed. Very few companies offer this level of service. Their reps are all really friendly and attentive. I also love that they have so many Eco-friendly choices and beautiful furniture. They have made me become a devoted customer and I will be continuing to use their services."

"I had a wonderful experience with my recent purchase of a Noguchi Table. Customer Service was top notch, as exemplified by Adam, who went above and beyond to follow my order status. In dealing with furniture, there are a lot of factors one needs to juggle, such as arranging time off from work to receive delivery as well as figuring out the logistics of bringing the piece from curbside to inside one's home. Smart Furniture relieved me the stress and as a result, my piece was delivered faster than anticipated. Quality is perfect and I am very happy. Thank you."

"I had a great experience with Smart Furniture. The customer service was fantastic, delivered in a timely manner that was promised and the furniture was of the best quality! Also, the LAX entertainment piece I bought was a lot more expensive at the store in San Diego, the prices are more reasonable through Smart Furniture!!"

Rather than numerous email updates, I received one instant confirmation and shipment tracking of my order with a direct line to customer service. "The experience was great from beginning to end. I went online, saw a couch that looked beautiful and ordered it. I wanted white glove delivery, but since I was in California they had to research to find someone to do it. They took care of that and long before I expected it, the couch arrived. It is absolutely beautiful, was set up, and ready to sit on in minutes. "

"Ordered an Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman via phone after carefully looking through Smart Furniture's website. The person I talked with was very pleasant and helpful, providing me the answer to all my questions. I placed my order, and during the seven-week waiting period (the chair is made to order) I received three emails from Smart Furniture giving me updates. I called with a few more questions about delivery, and again they were quickly answered. Overall I am quite impressed with Smart Furniture's staff and their customer relations."

"I purchased a table that was recommended to me by my designer. When I received the table--it did not look great in my space. I contacted Smart Furniture and they helped me return the item at no additional cost to me. I would purchase from them again in the future. They were responsive, helpful and very friendly. Truly a hassle free experiance!"
