All of the product you ordered were obtained directly from the manufacturer: we buy direct from RE Audio. We're unsure as to why you uncertain about your coverage: if you contacted RE Audio directly, they'd confirm our authorized status. Regardless, you're covered by Sonic Electronix within the first thirty days of purchase. Please send your subwoofers back to our facility; we'll gladly offer an exchange for a brand new replacement. We're available and at your service for any further questions or concerns.”
