"I was so amazed by the length of time it took me to get my piece. The customer service was excellent. I had someone walking me through each step of the process. I loved the color, the length and everything about the hair I ordered. I got so many compliments. I will definitely order plenty more. I am glad to have found a reliable place that I was comfortable with ordering my hair from. Thank you"

"This is my first and last time using this site. I placed an order on 2/16/12 and paid for 5-7 day shipping. I've placed at least 10 phone calls today alone and someone answered once and said that they'd call me back, I'm still waiting for that call. I've sent at least 3 emails today and again no response. The website states that they are available 24/7 to answer questions because customer satisfaction is their goal... I'm an extremely unhappy customer, all that I want to know is when they plan to ship my units?? They've taken my $346.00... I'm extremely frustrated and I will NEVER use them again... 2/28/12, I'm STILL waiting to receive my units..."
