"This company has many strengths and weaknesses. They got back to me quickly about the picture possibly turning out pixelated but when I asked what could possibly happen to the pic if I wasnt able to change the size, I was not given specifics. So instead of paying the 35 artist fee (which is a bit excessive) I kept the picture the way it was. Turns out, the picture was fine. The banner turned out beautifully. I would have liked to have an email with a tracking number when the item was shipped. They sent me and email or every other step in the process but for got about the most important. I just opened my door one morning and there it was! Despite the lack of communication, the company did a great job on my product and I am very happy with the result."
