Our shopping cart is set to automatically reduce the quantity of items in a person's cart, if we have less of that item in stock than the person requested.
However, It should not have prevented you from removing the items for your cart. Typically, it should allow you to click the red X next to the item listed in your cart; change the quantity listed to "zero"; or allow you to click "empty entire cart."
We appreciate you reporting this problem, and our Web Department will get right on it.
The shipping status is a known problem: our shipping and tracking is provided by FedEx, and we have been working with them to resolve this issue. We appreciate your patience.
