"sQUARE Trade was a life saver! They helped me when I was going through a very difficult and stressful time with my computer. They were extremely efficient and effective in working with my computer issue. Unforunately my harware issue couldn't be fixed but I was delighted for the pay out which bought a top of the line CPU with double memory!!! I can't thank you enough Square Trade! I have been telling all my friends about the great experience I had with your company!!!"

"Not sure how SquareTrade has gotten such high reviews. This claims process has been incredibly slow and stressful. I sent my broken product out 2 weeks ago and still have not received my payment. I've had to call every time to get them to update something.

I had to call because they had my product for a week and still hadn't looked at it, so they finally did. They said they sent the payment, and here I am 3 days later with no payment (Amazon Gift Card through e-mail).

I just called about my payment and now they have to "resend" it to me, which they will "try to get out today", but I might not get it until Monday. They also made it seem like my fault that I deleted it or something, but I have been keeping a VERY close eye and have seen nothing.

I also asked about their "5 day guarantee" in which they return the cost of the warranty if your claim isn't fulfilled within 5 days. I was told they did everything on their end. If that's so true, THEN WHERE IS MY PAYMENT? This is absolutely ridiculous for a GIFT CARD. They also claim their prices are great, but after a little research, I can get a better warranty for MUCH cheaper. I will NEVER buy or recommend SquareTrade to ANYONE."

"I have put a SquareTrade warranty on every iPhone, iPad we've owned (and there have been many!). I also have it on our Canon camera. I've never, ever regretted doing this and will never own any electronic item without a SquareTrade warranty. Their customer service department is SO easy to work with, knowledgeable and nice with quick, well-informed answers to any question I have asked. The claims process (I've had 4 now) is so easy it's almost hard to believe with fast answers, great follow up and quick resolution! I will never, EVER, let a retailer talk me into their warranties again -- only SquareTrade for me. In fact -- this is so cool -- I sold two of my old iPads (when I purchased new ones) and went online with SquareTrade, cancelled the remainder of the contract and within 3 days had a nice refund in my Paypal account! No hassle, no questions! I tried to cancel a warranty I had been pressured into buying from another online retailer and it was "sorry for your luck lady" so the fact that SquareTrade treats their customers so well and does business like it should be done goes a very long way for me! A great tip: When you purchase your item and then purchase your SquareTrade warranty, immediately scan or fax your receipt for the time over to SquareTrade immediately. They will put in on file with your item and if you ever do have a claim, the process is even faster! I'm telling you -- do it, you will NOT be sorry you did! And no, I don't work for Square Trade. I'm just a savvy tech lover who gets tired of snake oil sales tactics and am relieved and thrilled to have found SquareTrade!"

"Square Trade made the process of filing a claim painless. I have purchased many Square Trade warranties in the past but never had to file a claim before. The entire transaction was smooth and fast.

"My first generation Ipad stopped working. I sent it in with the prepaid UPS label and 6 days later I have a check for my original purchase price of $699.00! No hassles, no trying to get out of it by SquareTrade. They actually do what they say they will! Thanks SquareTrade! "

"It was quick and easy. I was surprised that I did not have to ship my all-in-one to have them verify the machine was broken. I love the different payment options (especially the extra 5% for Amazon.com)!"

"Awesome! I read a lot of reviews and I'm really happy that I bought my insurance thru square trade. It was the cheapest out of all of them. And they handle my claim with zero hassle. Broke my iPad, they send me too the apple store, they gave me a new one and square trade payed for the replacement. Thank you square trade! "
