I placed my order which qualified for free shipping. My item was to arrive in 2 business days by FedEx. Unfortunately, the size I ordered was no longer available. I was disappointed that the only way I found this out was by contacting the company myself, rather than the other way around. I was offered the suit in another size, a discount for another type of suit, or a refund. I really wanted the swimsuit still and asked if it could be overnighted in a different size as I was needing it for a trip. I was told yes but unfortunately it was not going to be onvernighted the day of my request. I then advised the rep I had been responding with that I would not be in town to accept the package and would only receive it if they were able to overnight it to my hotel in another state. I was told yes and sure enough my package was delivered overnight to my hotel. Despite my original frustration, I really couldn\u0027t ask for more concerning the ease of reviewing swimsuits and getting my issue fixed with great customer service. I am 30 years old and this is only the 4th item I have ever bought online as I hate to shop online. The swimsuit I received did not dissapoint in the design I expected or even in the size, despite my fear of choosing the wrong fit. I am very pleased with the company overall. "What a wonderful company to shop with. I am extremely picky and ordered a bikini from Swimwear 360. It was a stunning bikini and I received overnight free shipping. I had to return it as it was a little skimpy for my tastes. They promptly shipped me another style with free shipping again. I also had to return this bikini. It was beautiful but yet still too skimpy. So I decided to stay away from the Brazilian manufacturers because their idea of modest is quite humorous :) Lina promptly sent me a 3rd bikini, which once again was free shipping. It arrived within a couple days and is STUNNING!! I plan to buy all my swimwear with Swimwear360.
