"I ordered a wedding dress from Tidebuy 2 months ago because it looked beautiful and it was cheap. I should have known but I'm a sucker for online shopping. I got it 3 weeks ago and the dress is horrible! I could not believe the quality of the dress. I was very disappointed and contacted them to try and get a refund. They will not refund my money and will not take the dress back either (probably because they know how shitty the dress looks). I took pictures of the dress and emailed them to provide proof of the terrible quality. The lining uneven and coming off, one sleeve is bigger than the other, and the color is yellow when its supposed to be white. I tried it on for my fiancee (there's no point in trying to surprise him when there is no way I can even wear the dress on my wedding day) and his first reaction was, "Are you seriously wearing that?"

PLEASE THINK TWICE WHEN ORDERING FROM TIDEBUY. The dresses portrayed do not look anything like they advertize! I learned my lesson and will never order from them again!

"I recently purchased a wig from the Tidebuy website. Instead of taking 2 weeks to receive, it took a month during which time I sent emails on their website which went unanswered until I used firmer language. When the wig was finally delivered, it looked nothing like the picture shown. The hair was extremely poor quality and the style did not match their website. Again I sent emails requesting a refund and again they went unanswered until I sent an email telling them they have horrible customer service. They requested pictures of the wig which I sent and I am still waiting for a response. I finally contacted my bank since I charged the item and they are attempting to resolve. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"this service is horrendous. the dress i have ordered looked nothing near the original picture, looked cheap and awful. so disappointed. emailed the company to try and get the refund, the only respond i got was we are sorry, we cant see any faults with the dress. i was so angry, because the dress was terrible. Have wasted my money and energy. at least i hope i can help other people from making this mistake :'("

"i gave them my size of bust, waist and hip. But the dress i received was loose. i wanted to change a small one, but time didn't permit since my wedding was in ten days. Finally, i had to wear it with many pins fixing the dress. Although the price is fair, i am afraid that chinese are not familiar with north american size."

"THE MOST AWFUL DRESS I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I ordered a wedding dress and had to keep chasing it for weeks, when it finally arrived I had to pay £10.00 to get it from the courier company....I wish I hadn't bothered! The dress was nothing like it had looked in the pic, it was the cheapest material I have ever seen and looked like a net curtain rather than a beautiful wedding dress that I had expected to receive! All the bottom looked like it had been hacked at too! I sent them photos of this and got back what must be the automated reply everybody gets....we made this especially for you and it is a beautiful dress blah blah blah! Luckily I have now found my dream dress here in the UK but this whole experience was dreadful!!

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I did not see the reviews before ordering. Sounds simple, order your size and color. Checked the refund policy and it sounds like you can return if it does not work for you. There is the problem, you cannot unless it is damaged. Customer service response is you ordered a 12 we made a 12, nothing we can do. I can't zip the top shut and that is not the large part of my body and it was hemmed for someone over 6'8" tall. Read the comments below and heed BUYER BEWARE."

"Just make sure the size and and material and style you want to order because their service worker told me that all the items ordered were to be made instead of in the warehouse. And ordered at least three weeks earlier than the day you'll use it.
That's all."

"WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I ordered a wedding dress which arrived in a different lace fabric, with stains, unfinished and is so ugly nobody can think about getting married in it. The customer service is trying to blow me off telling me it is beautiful and I should keep it. I asked multiple times to be reimbursed my money - nothing! This is clearly against their website policy but do these people care? NO! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES"

"Hi, wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered my daughter's prom dress from here. I paid extra to have the dress custom made. When dress arrived it was too small, could not do up with a 2 inch gap. The dress did not match the picture but nevertheless my daughter liked it so was gutted that it did not fit. I sent picture after picture to their customer services. They did not want to know and kept ignoring my emails. When they did respond, in the end they agreed that my measurements were correct and that the dress was too small but they just kept telling me I had a beautiful dress worth a $1000 and that I should keep it and take it somewhere to be fixed. The dress cost me $251. They even told me to give it to a friend or my sister! Eventually I put in a dispute via paypal. Tidebuy had the cheek to offer me $15 compensation. In the end I accepted $120 refund via paypal. At the moment I have somebody over here taking dress apart, it seems there may be enough material in the seams to make it big enough but not sure yet so I may be well be out of pocket. The quality of the dress is OK but not as good as we had hoped for. There were 2 hooks at the top and back of the dress but no eyes to attach them to and one seam (fortunately under the train of the dress) which was very badly tailored but will not show if she gets to wear dress as it is underneath. I would definitely not recommend anyone to order anything from this site as you will probably be very disappointed and I would certainly never order a wedding dress from here. They do not seem to care about their customers at all. They ignore anything that proves they have made a mistake with a dress. DO NOT BUY FROM TIDEBUY!!!!"

"I ordered a wedding dress and got it in 2 weeks. I was excited how fast it arrived to the USA from China. However, when I opened the package, the dress did NOT look like what was pictured/advertised. I then immeidately contacted them by email with intensive writing and even... took pictures to proof how horrible and cheap the fabric used...3 weeks and a half later, they finally responded with a NO for return. I was so sad and disappointed. I even tried posting a my dress and the real picture together on facebook, but she deleted them. I will never order from this site again. I wasted $300+ dollars on an ugly rag."
