"Ordered Propper pants, from some reviews I thought they ran short in the length. Luckily, one color was backordered and when I received the first pair I found that they were too long. One phone call to tactical pants, and Viola! no hassle, the pair in the size I needed was in stock and shipped the next day. No trouble changing the order, polite and helpful customer service, and fast shipping. What more can you ask for? (And great pants as well!)"
