"Long story short, I ordered a motherboard 23 days ago and I have just received the product. TamayaTech claims this is due to shipping lead time. Upon unwrapping my Nvidia 780i motherboard, which I ordered new, I noticed how crudely it seemed to be packaged. This motherboard is definitely not "new". It has finger smudges, nicks, scratches, bent prongs, and all the usual ware of a poorly maintained board. After putting it all together and attempting to get the worn board up and running, I am seeing an unresponsive primary PCIEx16 slot.

I will never purchase anything from this company again."

“Hi this is the customer service dept. and fist I must say that this customer is not telling the whole truth. This customer was told that there was a shipping lead time when he placed the order, and after a few day he put in a bad review about him not receiving his board and we had to remind him of the shipping lead time he agreed to . We even gave him a refund for his shipping so he did get free shipping and then he removed the bad rating and we then did not hear back from this customer since. We did not ship him a motherboard in the condition the stated. He ordered a "New Bulk" which means that it is the board only with no accessories and is the only thing he might want to complain about like a lot of people because they don't read the site as they are placing the order where it stats that it is a New Bulk product and not a New Retail product.

If this customer had any problems we would have replaced the product for him or refund him in full, but again, he did not call letting us know he had a problem and still has the product and is using it.

Again we do our best to help our customers and take care of them. Please call us if you have a problem and we will take care of you..

"Ordered a printer from them on the 1st, and was informed that the product would take 4-6 days to ship.

Received an email on the 6th (2-3 business days later) that it was just now ready to ship, and that it would take 7-12 days to arrive, since the item was out of stock (contrary to their website's listing) and they had to ship one from another vendor warehouse. They also told me if I cancelled the order because of the suddenly much higher shipping time I would be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

After I complained about the fee they waived it and cancelled the order, but that still left me finding another company that offers expedited shipping to get me the printer within a week.

The item I was buying is relatively rare and carried by few merchants, and it was a time sensitive, last minute purchase, so this is likely an unusual circumstance. I'm sure TamayaTech does well for regular purchases but it doesn't change the fact that it could not meet my needs. "

“Ok, I am thank full that this customer did get into a little of the facts when he gave us the rating, but I think I should explain a little more so that everyone understands this specific situation.

First of all this customer placed a order for this product on Thu 12/1/2011 2:04 PM which was past our shipping cut off time and which it does say on our website as you are placing a order, that all (Some orders ship the same day but most orders ship in 1-2 days and not on weekends. If it is critical that your order ship immediately please submit it by telephone.)

In which case we did get in contact with the customer on Monday 2 business days later letting him know that we had just went on back order for this part and that we can get the product in and ship it to him within 7 business days. Please Note that we have not even charged the customer credit card at this time and we said that there would be a 25% restock fee only if he agreed to us special ordering the product for him and shipping it to him within 7 business days and if he canceled the order after agreeing to a special order within the 7 business days because we get charged a restock few if we cancel the special order with the distributor.

Again I am very sorry for an inconvenience we might case anyone, but we do try very hard to take care of our customer and will continue to do so. Please call us and talk to one of are reps if you have any problems and you will see we will do our best to help you if we could. Thank you for reading and have a great day

"A customer of ours has a six year old server that had a failed power supply. After searching the Internet I found most suppliers with no stock of the item or they had the item in stock but little or no phone support when I went to verify stock availability and since I was in an emergency situation I needed to know the item was in stock prior to the purchase. I called TamayaTech and their sales staff located the part but couldn't verify stock either but instead said they would get back with me in 15 minutes. A short time later I got the call back that the part was in stock at one of their warehouses. I had the item shipped over night by 8:00 am and everything arrived as stated! I received email confirmations of both confirmation of the sale as well as shipping status. The part arrived before 8:00 and the server was up and running by 9:00. If you need something over night always call for their prompt service. I will use them again for my hard to find parts."
