Once I received my package I reviewed the confirmation email which said my package may come in multiple deliveries and not to contact them within two days after receipt. After two days I still did not receive what I ordered so I emailed them. They replied that they contacted their warehouse and that it usually takes at least five days for the warehouse to respond. However we found out there were 2-3 defective mugs where the coffee is spilling and is not 100% leak proof. It is now the 8th and my order still has not shipped. I attempted to contact someone in customer service but there is no phone number listed on their site. Since I could not call them I sent an email stating that I want my stuff or to cancel my order. I received a reply from a general email address (as opposed to an actual person\u0027s email address which I could reply to) the following day saying that it is against Tanga\u0027s policy to cancel an order. Sprinkled throughout the email were several links to their various policies including one that says that they try to ship your order within 10 days. I placed an order a long time ago with Tanga and it went well and they have a good reputation on resellerratings.com so I didn\u0027t look too closely at their policies. My fault I guess but who would ever think that it would take 10 days to ship two small items? I will never order from them again.<br><br>Update: I see that Tanga responded. Here is my response to them: It isn\u0027t just that I couldn\u0027t cancel my order but that your company took ten days to ship two small items. After eight I realized that it was taking forever and THEN I wanted to cancel but found out that I couldn\u0027t. On top of that there is no customer service phone number and when I got a reply to my inquiry it was sent from an email address that I could not reply to.
