The shipping to canada is very reasonable and no duty or taxes as it is a medical devise. I received it within the week of ordering it. and when I called the staff on the phone befor ordering, they were very helpfull to answer my questions. "Hi, The experience i had shopping there was a very good one.I sell on ebay and have a perfect 350+ positive reviews and i know the importance of a good buyer seller relation is what makes other people buy from you not just the one purchase that i made.It gives them something to base there trust on.I would rate them on a 1-5,5 being the best all 5 in product being exactly as stated.Called to find out about extra parts and got a very professional person with knowledge of there stock!Shipping was a 5 and just rate the whole buying experience a 5.I would recommend them to a friend or family member without hesitation!
