"This looks like such a legit business when your ordering. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM DON'T ORDER! It's been 9 days and nothing...order just show's pending...but the money came out of my account asap. When I went online to BBB...they were not even in there to complain against. I added the business and started a complaint...i suggest all of you who have experienced theft from this company do the same so they can shut down this site asap. Who knows how long this has been happening. Go to California BBB and file now...it's set up now."

"I filled out form for free cat toy, and have never received the toy after MONTHS of waiting, and multiple attempts to contact them. My customer support tickets have gone ignored. "

"Do not order from this Company you will never ever receive your products. I placed an order on December 14, 2011 to which as of this date I have not received ANYTHING. The payment was taken out on Dec. 14, 2011 and I have called on several occasions only to get an answering machine stating they would return my call. NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK AND THEY WON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS. I even got an OPEN TICKETS(#7798) stating "it is being reviewed by the support staff". What support staff there isn't any SUPPORT STAFF. This company is a JOKE, STAY AWAY YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ITEMS THAT YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE AND NO REFUND UNLESS YOU DISPUTE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY."

"I placed on order on 2/21 in the afternoon after researching extensively for the best prices on Kong products. One item that I ordered, a Medium Puppy Squeaky Kong came in both blue and pink. I wanted pink, but there was no way to specify that. So I thought I would call the company as soon as I placed my order to request a pink puppy kong. I got an answering machine and left a message. There are two options, to press zero to speak with an operator, or to hold for a representative, but either way, you are immediately transferred to the answering machine. I left several messages starting with the special request on 2/21 and ending with a threat to call BBB on 2/22. Other than the computer generated auto confirmation, there were no additional notfifcations as to the status of my order. I had also filed an online inqury ticket and 2/21, but never heard back on that either, other than an automated reply. When I last checked the ticket on 2/23, today, it still says that it is waiting to be reviewed by an operator. The interesting thing is I used a promotional code for free shipping and it worked! They have already charged my credit card too on the date that I placed my order. I still have not yet heard back from them 48 hours after I placed my order and made the initial phone call. There have been no notifications of fulfillment or shipment. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Ripoff Report as well.
This company preys on people who are trying to save money on pet supplies as pet care is becomming more increasingly expensive.

"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not ship the products you order. They will not answer their phone and will not return phone calls to you if you leave a message on their VoiceMail. They will not respond to your e-mail. I am going to contact my CC company to dispute the charge. The CC is charged immediately but no products are sent. STAY AWAY FROM THE PAWS.COM."

"I placed an order 13 days ago and its still being processed. After reading all the negative reviews on this site and their facebook page(which they deleted), I realized that the company was likely a scam, so I emailed multiple times and called without any response.
Do not purchase from this place!"

"Came up on a great deal on dog beds, but needed to make a return. William was quick to ship the beds as well as quick to respond regarding approving my return.

Yet, over a month later, 4 emails and 3 phone calls to check on my refund - NOTHING. My account still has not been refunded and I can't get a live person to save my life.

Beyond frustrated with this poor customer service. Bummed because they have lots of products, but not worth this pain and suffering."

"DO NOT PURCHASE A SINGLE THING FROM THIS COMPANY. Seriously. Don't even think about it.

I ordered a dog bed on 12/7, it's now 12/30. I've gotten NOTHING from them. They sent me an email saying they shipped my order, but I sincerely doubt that ever happened. I've called multiple times but all I get is an answering machine.
I'm absolutely disgusted that places like this masquerade as honest businesses. Please, don't fall victim to these people. Next stop, Better Business Bureau.

UPDATE:
The bed finally arrived, today 1/16/12. I'm still disgusted at the poor customer service... but the bed is here. I still do not recommend this company and will never do business with them again."

"I wish there had been some communication.

Status of order on website reflects "still processing", and no one has gotten back to me after sending out multiple Cust Service requests, BUT I DID RECEIVE ORDER TODAY (shipped via UPS).

If thepaws.com had been able to provide status/tracking #, I wouldn't have been worried (after seeing other reviews).

Ordered 12/19, they rec'd payment on 12/20 and order shipped on 12/23. Overall, they did good job in shipping - "

"I've bought cookies from Paws several times in the past and have been very satisfied. This time I was shorted 10 boxes of dog cookies...over $30 of merchandise. I've sent 5 emails and left a voicemail with absolutely no response. Three weeks have passed now and I contacted them via email the day I received the delivery and sent pictures of what was received verifying I was shorted product. Can't handle this problem but are able to send more solicitation emails. Update 1-29-12 (DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY) William finally emailed indicating this must have slipped through the cracks and said he'd get missing cookies right out.....2 weeks later nothing!!!"
