Also that you do not carry certain companion items (like Solo lids for Solo cups, for example.) I often have to end up using your live chat service (which is fabulous, by the way) to find what I need...however, it would be a heck of a lot easier if all companion items were listed so that I could find it on my own and not have to utilize the chat. Also, the cost of shipping is astronomical...must be why your product prices are so low. I now not only have to create another order to get an extra pair, but I also have pay for shipping again, as well as wait to complete my shelving system until the additional split sleeves arrive. It would have been helpful to know that the additional shelves do not come with the split sleeves and that you have to order it independently of the shelves. Other than that, everything is good.
