They take the time to listen to what you have and then they make the right recommendation. Prices are always fair, and shipping and tracking is very fast and efficient. They had a lot of heaters to choose from. I was confused on whether I should purchase a vent-free or vented heater. I decided to call. They were very helpful and courteous. They explained the difference which helped me decide I would go with a vented heater.<br><br>The next issue was whether to go with Williams or Empire. Williams was the winner.
