We note the importance of inspecting for damage and reporting it within 1 business day in 4 places for your convenience:
1. On the confirmation email you received immediately after placing your order
2. On the invoice you received when the order was processed
3. On the tracking email you received when the order shipped
4. It is posted on our return policy on our website
So, we're sorry for the inconvenience and this is why we stress the importance of this policy to each customer prior to shipping. We make it very clear so that customers know they need to inspect carefully at the time of delivery and report damage immediately.”
