"I have ordered from US Appliance before so I knew the prices were really good. This time I was ordering a number of appliances and had shopped in a number of stores including the big home improvement chains US Appliance saved me over $1000 on my purchase. The delivery time was comparable to the other stores and I had to hire an installer for any of the stores.

In fairness the appliances have not been delivered yet, but I don't anticipate any issues.

"Good selection and excellent price. Bought a large appliance and would have really like it better if I could have tracked the order. That said, they are a good company and honest and I will buy my next appliance from them. "

"We ordered a LG combo washer/dryer for our RV. It to a couple weeks to get here but it was special order. When it did arrive at the park we live the driver rolled it to our front door from the entrence...not close! It was in perfect shape and we installed it that night. It works great and we are very happy! Especially no more laundry mats!!! "

"This sleazy outfit is just awful -- avoid at all costs. They do not stand behind their merchandise or their shipping. Damaged goods? Too bad, it's your problem, even if there is no visible damage to the packaging. You're on your own. I will never buy from this terrible place again. There are a lot of options on the internet -- keep shopping."

“We are sorry for the inconvenience and have reviewed the details of your order and shipment. You signed for your appliances on 4/3 and did not note any damage to the shipping invoice. You then contacted us (8) days later on 4/11 to report damage.

We note the importance of inspecting for damage and reporting it within 1 business day in 4 places for your convenience:

1. On the confirmation email you received immediately after placing your order

2. On the invoice you received when the order was processed

3. On the tracking email you received when the order shipped

4. It is posted on our return policy on our website

So, we're sorry for the inconvenience and this is why we stress the importance of this policy to each customer prior to shipping. We make it very clear so that customers know they need to inspect carefully at the time of delivery and report damage immediately.”

"Three kitchen appliances arrived yesterday(3-31-12) 7 weeks from date of order.US Appliance rep initially communicated that the range hood was back ordered and they had to wait to receive it from the manufacturer before they could ship all three appliances.I would have preferred an option of selecting an alternative in stock model instead of the rep pursuing the difficult special order.
The three appliances were delivered as scheduled however two boxes were crushed.The delivery men helped me open the boxes which included a ceramic top cookstove.The oven packaging indicated they were not to use a hand truck which they did from the front of the box where the oven door glass was vulnerable.I indicated the box damage on the invoice plus I opened each box
and found the glass intact.I am very pleased with the prices,however,I wish the local movers would not carelessly handle fragile appliances(TVs etc) like a mattress."
