But as most online merchants, many of the items are out of stock. Their prices are amongst the best I\u0027ve found online, and with free shipping included!!! A few things to mention are their special offers and\/or Coupon codes! Customer Service Reps are very polite and extremely helpful. Another big plus is the option for email notification when items are back in stock. This is where I have come to be dissatisfied with UJToys.com. Upon receipt of the much anticipated email notifications, I pounced on my computer to place my order for 2 heli\u0027s. After a few days of not receiving an email with tracking information, I checked my account only to find that my items had not been shipped. I contacted Customer Service via email and telephone. Once again, a very courteous and helpful person replied. The Customer Service Rep informed me of a computer \u0027glitch\u0027 that mistakenly reflected that the items were back in stock. Hence my ability to place my much anticipated order online. On both conversations I was told that the items should be back in stock within 30 days and will be shipped once they arrive. It\u0027s been 18 days since I placed my order. And just as the anticipated email notifications, now I wait for my 2 heli\u0027s to arrive! UJToys.com would\u0027ve received a 5 Star rating from me if my order was fulfilled accordingly. "I ordered a balance charger for a UJ300 RC Helicopter. The charger I received has 4 prongs, my helicopter has a 3 hole coupler. I sent an email to UJToys 2 weeks ago and have not received a reply.
I asked them where I can get a 3 prong balance charger FOR THE UJ300 Helicopter that they sell. "
