We thank you for letting us know the trouble you experienced ordering on a Mac. We have tried to re-create the issue but have been unable to do so. Could you please let us know more specifically what browser and Mac OS you were using?

The item that was purchased is an item that is on pre-order from the manufacturer and has not been charged to your card, as the product page states in bright red text:
"We are now taking PRE-ORDERS for the new larger 30oz Espro Press. The manufacturer expects to have them into our hands in the first or second week of April, and as soon as we have them in hand, we will ship them to you. Your card will only be charged when the item ships to you."
The coupon code being used did not apply to this product.

"I ordered a Royal Red Cafelat 58mm convex espresso tamper (would have gotten the Royal Violet Wood but they were out of stock, so was every other source) and it was shipped much faster than I expected -- VeniaCoffee's out-the-door order processing time is short! And it arrived quickly. The tamper is of fine quality with a well-machined stainless-steel bottom (I like my tampers bottom-heavy). I would order from VeniaCoffee again in the future should I need something they carry. Their prices are good, also."
