“Shipments to Canada can sometimes be delayed due to Customs. On our shipping information page (http://www.voltmart.com/Shipping-a/242.htm) we explain that shipments to Canada via International Airmail can take between 7 - 21 business days to arrive, depending on the Customs office. The super majority of packages arrive in 7 business days to Canadian addresses. However, occasionally packages are delayed in Customs and is outside of our control. We're very sorry you weren't happy with your shipping experience. Please contact us at marketing@voltmart.com and we'll give you free shipping on your next purchase.”
