"Can't get anyone on the phone-customer service is n existent. I received an email on 04/16/12 that my order has been mailed. I received another email on 4/18/12 confirming shipment, got a call from rep to confirm prescription approved and said shipment sent and should reecieve by monday 04/23/12.come 4/23/12 when I am expecting my lenses ,I then receive an email from stamps.com that shipment sent 04/23/12. I am traveling out of the country and would not be available to receive them. I say they are terrible and wont ever order or recommend them."

The product was as promised except one thing, 2 of the 4 boxes of contacts were mislabled as to which eye they were for. I knew my perscription, so I figured it out, but it potentially could mess someone up if they didn't pay attention."
