"So far, my first experience with yesbuy.net has been bad. It's been 14 days since I ordered and I have yet to hear back from them since I sent a email and submitted a request on their website. Site navigation is terrible and trying to log in, find my account or find a phone number is next to impossible. When I tried to track my order using the provided order #... The UPS site does not have, nor is able to provide any information for this order. I'm now a little worried that this is a scam site and it may not be around long once it has made enough $$$ from unsuspecting buyers like my self. I can only hope it's just extremely poor customer service and I will eventually get my product. However, this will be the last time I purchase from this company. I also have 1,285 friends on facebook that will help me spread the word and you know if 1,285 people tell all their friends, the numbers climb exponentially. Hope this reveiw helps those who may want to shop at yesbuy.net"
"Yesbuy is a scam. I ordered 100 DVD's from them and never received my order. They charged my credit card and never shipped my order. I have emailed them over and over, no response. I called my credit card company and they gave me the phone number to the company that they paid, the number is not in service. Today is June 30, 2010 and I still have never heard from them. There is no phone number on their website, so if you order something you have no way to call them or reach them. Bad way to do business. This company is a scam, don't trust them and don't buy from them. "
"Order submitted May 4, credit card charged May 6, still not received on June 2. Three requests for updates - no response. Notified that item shipped 5/21, still not here.
There is no longer a way to contact the company except through my Google account. I've ordered from YesBuy before, so I didn't even look or notice that there is no address, no phone, no direct email, no contact link, no way to reach the company as before, and no way to file a complaint. I should have known better.
"I ordered from YESBUY.NET one week ago. I purchased 100 DVD cases. At the same time, I purchased 100 Lightscribe DVD's at Newegg.com AT THE SAME TIME.
I received my DVD's from Newegg on Friday. As for Yesbuy.net, I'm still waiting. Unlike Newegg, I can not track my Yesbuy purchase, the UPS tracking number gives me no info. According to their emails, the package was to be delivered on Wednesday, however, I received an auto confirmation on Saturday night. It's Monday, and still no cases.
Really don't recommend YESBUY.NET. Their website is pretty lame and their customer service is vague."

"After reading all the bad review here, I still decide to give it a try because of the cheap price on yesbuy. I ordered the HDMI cable and even know I lived in same state, it still takes about 10 days to receive my order. The HDMI cable was exactly waht i ordered, will for sure shop with them again."
"No shipment confirmation 9 days after paid in full order. Listed back-ordered, non-stocked merchandise as available. "Tracking" info on their site contains no tracking info or shipment proof-- it's a static copy of the order confirmation page. "Contact us" link on "tracking" page is dead-- points to website home page. Had to hit the web for a phone number-- Called, and got a human easily. She was helpful, but with a straight face apologized and said my order would be shipped this Friday, 11 days after I ordered it. Canceled the order, and was sent an email confirmation of same while still on the phone, but no proof of action. Digging for help on their site, I find they claim discretion to ship via USPS (which offers delivery confirmation, but usually zero useful tracking info if the package is delayed or lost,) instead of UPS ground which they charge appropriately for, and advertise throughout checkout process. Has such horrid feedback here and elsewhere that they have many aliases, including 'compcdr', which I fell prey to. Do yourself a favor and spend another couple bucks to order from someone else who actually stocks what they sell, and communicates with their customers without being hunted down."
"DO NOT BUY FROM YESBUY. They have TERRIBLE customer service. We ordered an item on 12/16, and never got a tracking number as promised. I emailed and asked for a tracking number -- no reply.
Finally after calling a few days later, I got a tracking number. The item finally arrived on 1/7 -- BROKEN. We returned the item for replacement (with an RMA) and confirmed via UPS tracking that the item was received by them on 1/21.
On February 4, I asked where the replacement item was. No reply. I emailed again on 2/12 and they replied: "Dear customer, We don't have the replacement item you want and we already process your refund. Thanks"
So how was I supposed to know this? And no refund has appeared on my credit card account. UNACCEPTABLE from start to finish. Avoid YESBUY like the plague."
"Order was placed 01/11/2009. 3 days later wrote and asked for shipping confirmation with no response. 2 days later tried to get into their website and website wasn't functional. So replied from confirmation e-mail and still no response.
On 01/20/08 when I should have received my product I get an e-mail saying, "We apologize to inform you that we could not process your order # 10737 due to items are out of stock for the moment. So we will go ahead cancel your order. If you have any further questions please contact us right away. Have a nice day!"
What took them so long to realize this?
They even charged me for the product. I getter get a refund ASAP and don't plan on shopping with Yesbuy.net again!"
"There website says you can cancel your order if it has not shipped. This is not the case. I ordered a cable on Sunday night and called Monday to cancel it and the rep asked me to call back in a half hour. The second rep said my order had already been prepared for shipment. It is now 5 days later and my order has still not showing as shipped."
