"Item listed as in stock on website was actually on backorder, and the company never bothered to notify me of that issue until I emailed them.
After I emailed them, customer support told me that item restocked and shipped out, but item was never shipped. It has been more than a week since I placed my order, and it still has not shipped yet, so much for the "ships in 24 hours" promise on their site.
I would not purchase from this retailer again, and would not recommend them to anyone. I plan on filing a Paypal grievance against YumDeals if I do not receive my item in another week.
EDIT: After sending several emails in an attempt to follow up, with no response, I filed a grievance with Paypal and got my money back. Would not recommend ordering from this retailer."
