Sluggishness is gone, the aches(and I was sometimes taking 2 Aleeve a day)are very minimal(I just started taking 4 ACAI), the bathroom issues are resolved; body ordors gone),no heating pad.Scar on my lip that can be verified by a Doctor that it was there(Tissue was scabing,perhaps with age)is healing. This is freeze dried organic acai (palmberry Fruit). It has curbed my appetite. I no longer want that beer or cigarette after work. "initially I felt recharged, full of energy. After 2 1/2 months of using the Acia Berry, I was constipated every day and had to resort to using a laxitive in order to have a daily bowel movement. It's been a few days now and I feel better not taking it. I don't think I will try it again in the future"
