"The process of ordering from eWatches.com could not have been easier or more fun!!! The hardest part was picking out the 'perfect' watch for my Grand-daughter and not buying one for myself! (Hubby was watching, no pun intended.) As if that wasn't enough of a sale, I had the watch in hand in less than a week from the date of order!!!! WOW Gr8 service too! I will be back, no doubt about it. Absolutely loved the experience and highly recommend eWatches.com. "

"I had a question and emailed ewatches and received two different answers to my question. Finally I called and the girl seemed to have the smarts to go and find and answer to my question. The email girl on the other hand should not be allowed to deal with the public. ewatches lost 4 sales because of her bad attitude, lack of knowledge, lack of interest in my concerns, and lack of any email follow up to my responses to her point form answers that explained nothing and had little to do with my questions. This had to do with the security code that I did not have on my Challenger watch purchase. It also had to do with shipping deals which were to be matched if other competitors were offering cheaper shipping. This was never matched and I lost $29 and consider it false advertizing. I collect watches and was planning to purchase as many as 50 Swiss Legend and Redline but this is not going to happen unless I get a free watch or something for all the aggravation."

"I try my best not to give a bad review because I realize that things happen, however i must report this one. I made the purchase on friday 5/10 for what I thought was a pink invecta.
I wrote 2 correspondence wondering why I have not gotten the watch. They wrote back telling me what I already knew abouting the routing but no real response as to why up until 5/17 I had not received the watch. Hopefully I can complete this review when I receive the watch"

"Don't think I'll buy from them again. I ordered my watch on a friday before cut off time and paid extra for saturday delivery only to receive it the following tuesday with a dead battery! I called on monday and told them if it wasn't shipped to refund my money, they said they hadn't heard from the warehouse so they weren't sure of its shipment status. Low and behold they sent the item anyway...I will keep the watch only b/c it was such a hassle to get in touch with customer service that I don't have the time to deal with them again."
