We state on our terms and conditions https://www.ikeyless.com/terms/ that we sell a combination of both new, and refurbished items. The item that you ordered only comes in refurbished condition. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you are more than welcome to return it for a full refund, simply email me at jeremy@ikeyless.com so I can set you up with an RMA.
In regards to your programming instructions not being sent, this was definitely a shipping mistake on our end. Instructions should have been sent with your order. I will email these to you now.

"They had the product I thought I needed and I received it in a fairly quick amount of time. I should have done more research to realize my vehicle was not equipped to handle the merchandise I ordered.
They are very good about allowing me to return the items and that is what I look for in a merchant, a good return policy."
