"They had the product I thought I needed and I received it in a fairly quick amount of time. I should have done more research to realize my vehicle was not equipped to handle the merchandise I ordered.
They are very good about allowing me to return the items and that is what I look for in a merchant, a good return policy."

"Bought a Toyota smartkey from Ikeyless. Couldn't get it programmed. Took it to two different Toyota dealers. The second dealer said that in order to follow Ikeyless's "Dealer programming instructions", he would have to charge me $200 whether it worked or not. Ikeyless assured me that it would work. It did not. Toyota could not program the key. Because I didn't get the key programmed within Ikeyless's 90 return policy, they won't give me a refund. And I'm out $400. Ikeyless offered a replacement key. However, I'm not willing to pay any more "up front" programming charges. Both dealers told me that about 75-80% of aftermarket keys cannot be programmed. Be careful, you might not be saving money."

"It's been 4 weeks and they still haven't gotten me my order, despite the promise of "same-day shipping" at checkout. What a waste of time.

First a "backorder" that they didn't tell me about until I inquired, then they sent the wrong item, wouldn't pay return postage, etc. Avoid these clowns."

"I am very pleased with the service we received from ikeyless. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we received our order and the keys woked perfectly. We also ordered two remotes for our new (used) vehicle and only after spending an inordinate amount of time trying to program the remotes did we discover that the car doesn't have keyless entry capabilities! Fortunately, I spoke with an extremely helpful representative from ikeyless (Stephanie) and the money spent on the remotes will be refunded. I am very pleased with the services provided by ikeyless and will definitely shop with them again. "

"I purchased three blank transponder keys. I have to admit I was skeptical, being that the dealership wanted to charge me $200 per key. They offered a money back guarantee, so I bought them with confidence. I was very please with this seller. They kept in contact and I received my keys within 4 days of purchasing them. And to my surprise, they worked! I saved hundreds of dollars and have recommended this seller and website to my friend who almost got charged with an inflated price from the chevy dealer. Hightly recommended!"

"I am driving a Jeep Liberty and needed a replacement Key. I got the correct remote and Key from iKeyless and even the instructions to program the replacement remote transmitter. It took me a couple of tries to program the remote, but everything is working now! "

"Very disappointed. While order took about two weeks for delivery, when I opened the envelope I found a beat-up old remote. And no instructions. Order form didn't say 'used', but it did say programming instructions included with order. I pulled the owners manual and found directions.
Then the 'new' remote wouldn't program. So I went and bought a new battery. Still won't respond.
For $125 I really expected more. Should have read these reviews first. Buyer Beware. "

" I was very pleased with products and service. They were shipped very quickly. I was unable to use the keys due to not having a master key that dealership could reprogram them to.The return seems to be simple,when I called they said no problem.I feel I saved several dollars using this service."

"I was able to replace my keyless entry remote with just a few clicks on my computer. The price was about half of the dealer price and delivery was quicker than expected. However, I did find my two remotes before the new one arrived. The return process has been made very simple and I am being issued a full refund including shipping. "
