"Placed an order. After a week, my order did not ship. I received no emails letting me know what was going on. Multiple inquiries to customer service email went unanswered. Their online customer service "chat" went unanswered. I finally called via phone and received someone almost immediately. She said my order was canceled because it was no longer in stock. Of course, they are still taking orders for the same out-of-stock item, now with a different part number and a higher price. They refused to sell me the same product (with new part number) at the original price. This was the first and last time I will do business with MacMall."
