I had been a N(ewegg.com) customer for 10-12 years prior to this lousy treatment by them. Very early Thursday morning I used 11 Rebate Visa/Debit cards to buy 11 gift cards. The nex day I expected to have 11 N gift card emails, giving Gift Card ID & Security Code for each one. Instead, I got 11 Order Cancellation emails, one for each order. So I called to figure out what the problem was,, fully expecting top be able to fix the problem since I hadn't done anything illegal or wrong. But, the people there have NO answers, NO solution, NO idea what the problem is. All they have is their "canned" useless answers. After waiting a day and a half for something to come from N, I call again. No help there, again. And most aggravating is that N has offered NO answer, NO problem, NO help in a day & a half. Now it's Friday. And I have gift card money on file there, but can I use my money? NO! Can I access my money? NO Can I put my money back into my pocket, go somewhere else and spend it? NO! Nothing can be done until they reinstate my account, which they have failed miserably to info me about. Now - is this a company I want to do future business with? I think NOT, and I wouldn't recommend that others trust them with their hard-earned money. After 10-12 years, I'm insulted, mad, and disgusted with Newegg's woefully inadequate handling of this matter - and I still don't know WHAT IS the matter. Not again!

Not happy with this merchant. Bought Cal King waterbed sheets. Too small - on second night they became untucked on sides. We used Wamsutta sheets for this bed for 15 years or so - they NEVER came untucked of were any problem. Called customer service, they say they can't be returned because we used them. Catch 22? No - just lousy customer non-service. I won't ever consider this merchant for any future purchases. Bye!

These clowns don't deserve the time of day. I ordered some Mann oil filters on 23 April, 2011. Shipping cost was pretty high, but I chose these clowns anyways, due to their retail price. Communication was abominable (NONE). Two weeks later, I'm wondering what happened to the oil filters I ordered. They claim to have years of "friendly customer service" - which is a lie, as they never returned my first call. I still haven't received filters, so I call them and asked about order #100000142. I was told they didn't have my filters, hadn't shipped them, had refunded the money, and they had never bothered to email to let me know this! These inept clowns go on my "Not a chance!" list. Good luck if you choose to ignore this.

I'm quite surprised this thing is still in business (if you can call it that?). Cartridges that are marked wrong, not like the website represents them, no yellow in several 3-color cartridges (when I clean to try to get some yellow going, that runs out the black cartridge), odd-shaped unusual cartridges, AND reduced from 18ml contents to 12ml of ink content. Their 1-800 phone only has a message telling you to email them. Their "Customer non-Service" is plainly a sarcastic a$$hole who is no help - just lies and insults. And it goes on and on and on. A bunch of useless rats.

Needed an extended warranty for a plasma TV I purchased in early October. Ordered from TV Authority. They immediately charged my credit card. About 5 weeks expire, I have no extended warranty, they have had my money for over a month. I had called once - they said they take 4-6 weeks. Hmmm. After 5 weeks I called, asked about it, received zero info or help. I ended up cancelling my order. They cancelled it, never mentioning they will charge me a processing fee for taking my money without providing much of anything. I do not feel that I will consider another purchase from them. I would also recommend that others shop elsewhere, too.
