“I ordered an item that was on back order with an expected stock in 10-15 days. No problem. I then decided I wanted a different item, so I contacted Chief Supply to cancel my order. No response. “THIS IS THE EMAIL I ENDED UP SENDING TO ZEBRA TECHNOLIGIES AFTER BARCODEINC.COM REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

As a business owner I thought I would let you know the experience we have had over the last 2 weeks with one of the companies selling your products. “I purchased a replacement moto-massage jet for my Hot Springs Spa. I couldn't get it to work right once installed. I called Technical Support and Manny patiently walked me through many diagnostic efforts. Together, we identified the fix and now the new spa jet works perfectly. Their prices are competitive, but their customer service outshines all others. I will go back for future spa part needs. ”

Tracking details sent WITHOUT a signed for signature means you have your goods ????????
“Absolutely appalling .............. Ordered my perfume from Ebay and I notified The Perfume Stop, via ebay, that I hadn't received my perfume. They sent me Tracking Details which just confirmed it was received into my local delivery office and then delivered to my work address. There was no signature to look at on the tracking details so how can they still state that my goods have been delivered to me. Ebay have now closed my case and want nothing else to do with it.
