"I work in customer service and I have never been so appalled. I emailed on the 6th of June and hadn’t received an email at all yet and it’s the 11th. I ordered the elite box which never came, in which at this point I just wanted a refund and expressed to them how I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t have. They charged my account $200 anyway which caused an overdraft fee. My fiancé rang them and they said they’d refund it but we haven’t heard anything yet and am not holding my breath. I then only received an email AFTER calling. "

"I ordered bathing suits and needed to return one of them. The first label they sent me didn't work and the package was sent back to me. When I emailed about it they said go ahead and just keep it as a gift. I said thank you when will I then see the refund. Shortly after they sent me another label and said to return. It has been a month now with no response to any of my emails asking for an update on the refund. I have reached out via email/facebook any where possible and nothing. I then get an email saying that my elite box won't ship because something is wrong with the payment. I use the card set up multiple times a day nothing is wrong with the card. So now I don't even have a refund and no elite box shipping and am afraid to cancel until I see my money! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! "

"I would just like to say that I got a total of 3 boxes and declined my 4th. I have kept 2 things out of the 9 sent to me(3 things per box). Each time I sent back the left overs within the time and emailed furiously to correct the charges of nearly a hundred dollars. I have still he to get my money back for the March box I received and it’s already June. I highly recommend you find anywhere else to shop for undergarments and what not because Adoreme is useless at selecting things that fit my preferences and even worse at refunding money. I feel as though I have been swindled out of hundreds of dollars and have to fight for my hard earned money to be sent back. I am beyond enraged when it comes to the services I have received and warn anyone thinking to sign up not to. "

Don’t get an Elite box unless you know your AM size!
"I signed up for an elite box at the beginning of May. I was informed that I wouldn’t get the box till the end of May. Whatever cool. I don’t get the box until June 5th which was annoying because I had to wait a month. I’m a C42 and I was sent D44. I know you can wear different sizes and have the same fit (a C42 is a B46 or a D38) but oh my god. These bras were huge! I called customer service and waited 30 minutes to speak to someone and she pretty much told me I couldn’t exchange the size from the elite box and had to return the whole thing. If I wanted the sets I got in a different size I had to buy them individually and I would pay more. Mind you I say I will buy the entire box if I can get a correct size bra. She keeps repeating herself telling me I can’t get a different size. I’m on the verge of tears because I put in my correct size and this was clearly not my mistake. She tried to explain the whole different cup different size and I’m like I know what size I am in different cups and it is not a D44. She just repeats herself and I’m over the call. I just tell her I want to return it and cancel. I’m not able to do that until they get the box back. What the **** ever. I pretty much no my way off the phone. She tells me she’ll email me if I need anything else from her and tell me have an adorable day. Yea **** you adore me. "

"I placed my order on May 6th. It didn’t ship until May 24th. I kept receiving emails saying that they moved the warehouse and my order had been delayed. I tried to contact customer service numerous times. I received the same confirmation email each time but nobody ever contacted me. When my order FINALLY shippped it only shipped one of my bathing suits instead of both. I will NEVER use this **** poor company again. "

"Adore me is a scam. I ordered this and 170 worth of products, received all the wrong stuff so I called and after much inconvenience, was told to send it back for a refund so I did. After not receiving one I made numerous attempts to call, email and explain what happened to numerous different representatives. I was hung up on once and emails always said sorry you wernt happy with your set, here is a credit(39.95). I'm like why does nobody understand I want my refund or even all the items I originally ordered or damn 170 in credit lol something. I have never had a problem with any company and I order online all the time."

After three orders, I won't be back
"First order had no issues, came quick and bra and **** fit great. Bra straps ripped second time it was worn. Second order of **** came and the sizes were completely different and did not fit. Contacted customer service and at first they said they couldn't do anything as there are no returns on ****, after several emails, they finally credited my account after I had to remind them of their "no hassle" return policy. Third order did not ship for a week, after contacting them I was told that due to a warehousing move there was a delay. Finally, another 4 days later my order shipped. This is totally unacceptable. Inventory is also slim pickings unless you are a small. My third order will be my last."
