Awesome service!

"I ordered some lingerie and used the size chart, but when it came it was just slightly too big. I usually hate returning things from online stores but this is the absolute easiest process I've ever went through. Free returns, and you get a code to use when you go to check out with your exchange. SO. EASY. Once I finally got the size/style I wanted, I tried it on and it fit perfectly. My boyfriend loved it as well ;)"

Return Policy

"Your return policy is not clear when utilizing exchange numbers. It was highly annoying and wasteful to my time to have to order each exchange separately since only one code can be applied to an order at a time. The only reason there are two stars was your customer service rep did a good job. This is not about your rep but it is about your policy."

Absolutely horrible experience....never again

"I ordered a swimsuit for our vacation, when it arrived they had shipped me 2 bottom pieces and no top. It arrived on a Thursday and we were leaving for vacation on Saturday morning. I asked them if they could overnight the corrected piece and they refused. So I asked them if they could ship the corrected piece to where we would be staying on vacation for the following week they refused. When I asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. After calling back and asking again to speak to a manger. I was told that the managers do not speak with customers, and they do not have a escalation for customer service issues. They told me the only way I could get the corrected piece was to start the refund process or pay for the expedited shipping cost. They mess up my order and wanted me to pay for it, absolutely ridiculous. I will never purchase another thing from them. "

Exchanges

"On their website it says that exchanges are free, but what they don’t tell you is how unhelpful they are to exchange an item. I waited a week and half for a reply to my email and the customer service rep was very unhelpful and told me she updated my account and she never did. I replied to her and it’s been a week and still no response from her. "

Good quality

"I ordered a **** bra set but the only complaint is the bra is too sheer and you can see your **** when wearing light colored shirts so no I have to either buy covers for them or buy a different **** bra. I also got a white lace and the same issue with it being see through. The pictures were misleading and did not offer **** covers."
